These days most people get their daily football fix on t’internet, and there are more NCFC-related websites around than ever before (like this one, funnily enough).
Like many people there are certain sites that I tend to go back to time and time again; those sites that where you actually learn something new, or at least understand a new perspective. There are also other sites that you tend to avoid at all costs (hopefully not like this one, funnily enough).
With that in mind I thought it might be fun to recognize some of these great men and women that spend countless hours each week updating the world with the goings on in and around our favourite football club, and so I am pleased to announce the first annual “NCFC on the Web” awards.
Here’s how the 2008 awards were won:
Best message board.
The nominees were the NCFC Official Site, the Pink’un, Vital Norwich and Wrath of the Barclay. And the winner is…
Wrath of the Barclay. To quote one voter – “WOTB has become more of a community without feeling the need to put an emphasis on this with different areas to post different topics…”

The Official Site (www.canaries.co.uk). “I don’t believe anything until it’s on the official site. I find others report a lot of rumours, but facts are found on the official site”.

Congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to everyone who voted. I didn’t expect to receive nearly as many votes as I did, so overall I’d say it was a success. ![]()
