When it comes to ostentatious displays of wealth, most people think of footballers. Which is why it should come as little surprise that the above £130,000 Aston Martin DBS belongs to Stoke City RFC midfielder, Jermaine Pennant.

You’d think that, when it comes to cars at least, Pennant would have learnt to keep his head down by now. He was banned for driving for 16 months in 2004 and sent to prison for drink driving whilst banned and uninsured a year later later – when he originally identified himself as Ashley Cole.

Pennant, 28, has also recently ditched his fiance and mother of his child Lara Murphy, in favour of glamour model Alice Goodwin. You stay classy Jermaine.
