We seem to have been “linked” with just about any player signed by a Championship club (and a good few that haven’t been) this summer, but that’s nothing compared to Villa.
Their official site has even dedicated a section for all of the speculation so it can be stored in one place, and so far they have been linked with 123 players – and signed two. That’s just bonkers.
And I’ve meant to say it before but fair play to Villa for handing over their shirt sponsorship to Acorns Children’s Hospice this season. It definitely makes a refreshing change.
