It has been announced that Uefa are to hand England an extra place in the Uefa Cup next season as we have once again topped the Fair Play League.

And who stands to benefit from this good news? Manchester City. Makes you wonder what on earth Sven would have to do to keep his board happy doesn’t it?

UPDATE: Perhaps not losing 8-1 at Middlesbrough would have been an idea.

    Sven has been treated terribly. Makes you think really. When he was England manager, he wasn’t exactly popular amongst the English fans. Now everyone is behind him and against him leaving. He is a top quality manager and I for one want to see him stay in the Premier League - where he would have success.
