Ipswich manager Jim Magilton and Chairman David Sheepshanks were involved in a car accident last night, when the vehicle they travelling in was hit from behind.
The pair, along with club advisor Charlie Woods and player liaison officer Wolfe Powell, were treated at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, after the crash on Thursday night.
It is thought the group had minor injuries and were released from hospital soon after arriving.
The back of the car was damaged in the crash.
Jim Magilton, David Sheepshanks and Charlie Woods were not at the football ground this morning for the press conference ahead of Sunday’s East Anglian derby day clash between Norwich and Ipswich.
