What was that sell-on clause for Joe again?

According to today’s Sun newspaper, Manchester United and Liverpool have been keeping tabs on City’s former keeper Joe Lewis.
It was only last month that the giant keeper left the Yellows to join Posh for £400k, which I believed at the time and still believe now was good business for the club - especially as there was a nice big juice sell-on clause attached.
